Going Concern

Note 2 – Going Concern

The condensed consolidated financial statements have been prepared assuming the Company will continue as a going concern. The Company used $173,759 of cash in operating activities and currently has $5,375 in cash. There is substantial doubt about the Company to continue as a going concern. This will not sustain the Company without additional funds. Management plans to raise additional capital within the next twelve months that will sustain its operations for the next year. In addition, the Company will begin an active marketing campaign to market its services. There can be no assurance that such a plan will successful. The accompanying condensed consolidated financial statements do not include any adjustments that might be necessary should the Company be unable to continue as a going concern.

Furthermore, COVID-19 has also caused severe disruptions in transportation and limited access to the Company’s facilities resulting in limited support from its staff and professional advisors. This in turn has limited the Company’s resources in promoting its services and acquiring additional capital.
