Note 2 – Going Concern
The condensed consolidated financial statements have been prepared assuming the Company will continue as a going concern. The Company used $116,093 of cash in operating activities and currently has $72,451 in cash. This will not sustain the Company without additional funds. Management plans to raise additional capital within the next twelve months that will sustain its operations for the next year. In addition, the company will begin an active marketing campaign to market its services. |
