Going Concern |
Note 2 – Going Concern
The consolidated financial statements have been prepared assuming the Company will continue as a going concern. The Company has suffered losses from operations and has a cash deficiency that raises substantial doubt about its ability to continue as a going concern. The Company used $635,073 of cash in operating activities and currently has $16,057 in cash. This will not sustain the Company without additional funds. Management plans to raise additional capital within the next twelve months that will sustain its operations for the next year. In addition, the company will begin an active marketing campaign to market its services. |
